King Makes the Call

Khalid King-6'3 Guard Brookhaven

Central Ohio basketball can now celebrate another Division I basketball player, as Khalid King, a 6'3 guard from Columbus Brookhaven, has decided to play his college ball at North Carolina A&T. According to his father Jamison, King made his decision yesterday after a telephone call and offer from the head coach Jerry Eaves. King had been receiving interest from Richmond, Florida A&M, Eastern Michigan and St. Francis PA. North Carolina A&T is a member of the MEAC conference. King was impressed with the school after an unofficial visit to the campus on the school's homecoming weekend in mid October.  Congrats to the North Carolina A&T coaching staff and the King family.
