| 2023 Shinning Stars-OYB.com Dublin Classic Champions |
Gary Hardwig’s
2023 Shinning Stars team is on the board early, with their championship win at
the OYB.com Dublin Classic last weekend.
To grab the title, the Shinning Stars had to take down Next Orange
(56-26), Showtime (64-14) Franklin Titans (53-47) in pool play, followed by
West Virginia Burn (40-38) in the semis and Next Basketball Green (42-28) in the
finals. The Stars were led in scoring by
Brady Hardwig who averaged 14 points
per game and Elias Lewis who kicked
in another 12 points per game. Also
playing well for the Shinning Stars were Conner
Cravaack, Alex Devine and Jack Decurtins. Next up for the Shinning Stars is the Battle of
Boarders in Louisville followed by the Bearcat Classic in a few weeks.
