Keon Henderson 2021 PG Michigan |
We first saw
him a couple of years ago when his standout performance at our Buckeye Prep
Elite Showcase announced his arrival on the national basketball scene. Since
then, Keon Henderson (5’6/PG/2021/MI)
has been a consistent high performer at elite camps and showcases around the
country. In fact, a recent highlight
video demonstrates Henderson’s significant skill set. Specifically, Henderson has an elite handle,
which includes a killer crossover and the ability to separate from his
defender. In addition, Henderson has a
nice step back jump shot and the ability to break down his defender, get into
the paint and deliver procession passes to open teammates. He shoots well from the mid-range, from
beyond the arc and off the bounce. From
where we stand, Henderson is clearly one of the best 7th graders in
the state of Michigan. Oh yea, keep an eye out for his younger brother Ashton,
another elite floor general who is coming into his own and making a national
name for himself. We look forward to
seeing both Henderson brothers at our March 12th elite showcase.
