Ohio Unity Program Making Noise (8th Grade Team Pictured)

The newly formed Ohio Unity program has enjoyed some recent success, as 3 of the program’s teams (6th, 7th, 8th Grades) recently won championships at a Toledo AAU Super Regional. Several of the program’s teams are highlighted with numerous Buckeye Prep top 30 players. Also, the program is blessed with some significant high level coaches who have enjoyed outstanding records throughout their long tenured careers. Troy Holtrey (8th), Tim Southerland (7th) and Bryan Gedeon (6th) are coaches with recent championships. Ohio Unity’s 7th grade team won the Kick-off Classic in Cincinnati, and their 8th grade team won a Columbus-based tournament the week of March 7th, beating out some 16 plus teams. I plan to keep an eye out for this up and coming program.
