In addition to the Top 40 games, the All-Ohio City Series event included a Top 20 Rising Young Players game. In that game, many of the region's elite freshmen and sophomores played a single game on day-two of the event. Despite building almost a 20 point lead at the half, the Elite team mounted a furious comeback to win the contest 52-48. Leading scorers in the game included Devin Scott (10 points), Isiah Rogers (9 points) and Nick Archer, Adam McCall and Jordan Potts (8 points). Below are the game rosters:
