Buckeye Prep Elite Showcase Rosters & Schedule Released (2nd Draft)

Below is a link to the initial draft of the March 12th Buckeye Prep Elite Showcase schedule and rosters as well as a letter that was emailed out this morning.  Please take a few minutes to read the letter.  We're very excited abut the level of competion coming to this event!  See you next week!!!

Schedule and Rosters (3rd Draft)

"Parents/Coaches,

Attached please find the “initial draft” of the showcase schedule and rosters.  I say initial draft because there will be some changes between now and next Saturday.  As players are added (there are still a few spots available), rosters may change as well as the schedule.  Also, the coaches’ assignments are subject to change as well.

We know that there are names of players who may have paid but are not listed and we know there will be the need to make some changes.  Therefore, please read the attached documents very carefully to insure your child/player is accounted for, is listed in the correct division, and his name is spelled correctly.  Also, please check your son/player’s schedule to inure there are 4 games are scheduled. If you see any mistakes, simply email me at taylorobe@aol.com with the issues(s) and I will make the corrections prior to the event.

In addition, it’s very important that you continue to visit the website daily (http://www.buckeyeprep.blogspot.com) between now and Saturday in order to check for updates, as I will be posting changes up until the night before the event.  Also attached is another copy of the registration forms.  Please have them completed prior to your arrival on Saturday.  If your son/player is listed and you know they will not be coming, please advise us ASAP so we can open up his spot.  Also, as we get paid customers, any player who’s name is listed but has not paid the entry fee, will be deleted from the roster in place of the paid customer.

The facility is located at Whitehall-Yearling High School (675 S. Yearling Rd Whitehall, OH. 43232).  Registration will open at 8:00am; I will give opening remarks by 9:00am, and the first round of games will tip off at 10:00am. On another note, there will be an $8.00 admission charge.  In addition, I still have the need for a few coaches if anyone is interested.  Coaches receive free admission, a t-shirt and access to the media/coaches lounge where they can eat and drink (water, juices and sodas) throughout the day. Coaches, please take the time to read the attached “Coaches Letter’” as it spells out our expectations.  We will also be holding a coaches meeting at 8:30 sharp, so please plan to arrive on time so we can discuss several important matters.

In closing, my staff and I are looking forward to another great event and we hope you and your son/player is excited as well.  Please arrive with a healthy dose of patience and positive energy, as it will be a long day. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 614-203-2929."

  7. Have yaw heard about douglas Spears. He averages over 35 points but people say the only reason he scores is because he has a contagious disease and nobody wants to guard him
